The apartment was very comfortable, roomy and extremely clean. It is quite simple in a very nice way. There was very effective air conditioning. The breakfast was very simple - a few pre-packaged items. The hosts were very friendly and lovely. We would definitely recommend this for anyone arriving very late to Fiumicino Airport as we did, if you would like a comfortable overnight stay before travelling on to your holiday destination the following day. The hostess was flexible enough to allow us to arrive after 2am, providing a very simple explanation for finding the keys. The apartment is separate from the main house, so the hosts were not disturbed.

It is kind of a bungalow on the property of a semidetached house. I think it might have been purpose built as an appartment to rent out and, in my opinion, meets perfectly the expectations. Spacious, comfy, clean, free parking, quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac near the mouth of the Tiber river. We had a rented car, arrived, parked without any problems, went (by car) for dinner to Fiumicino, had a good night's sleep, in the morning we took the car back to the rental company (4.7 km from the accommodation) which offered us a free lift to the airport... And this way, it was all perfect! Without a car, though, you need to get to the accommodation somehow and in that case, the location might not be just as perfect for you as it was for us.

The hosts were a very sweet couple who went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed including ordering pizza, ordering a taxi, washing and more. The hosts were very friendly and enjoyed working on their English with us so I can definitely recommend if you are an English only speaker like myself. The property was well maintained and it was good being able to do laundry for free! Perfect for a stay before or after going to the airport.

Il monolocale è molto curato, pulito ed accogliente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la tavola apparecchiata con una ricca colazione per il giorno seguente. Ad un tiro di sasso dall'aeroporto di Fiumicino quindi davvero comodo per arrivi/partenze con orari scomodi. La proprietaria è molto carina e disponibile, sicuramente riprenderò.
