The terrace is the focal point of the house, furnished with style, sofas, a large table for dining "en plein air", barbecue and a splendid glass kitchen/living room that overlooks the sea directly. The apartment with private entrance, on 2 levels, is ideal for 4/6 people, is composed of a living area equipped with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom which opens onto a veranda with hammock, bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV, air conditioning and reserved parking. And then climbing the spiral staircase you will be amazed by the attic and the terrace! A few meters from the structure, the historic center of Marzamemi, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. And within walking distance the beautiful beaches of Marzamemi, San Lorenzo and Vendicari Reserve and Portopalo
