The location couldn‘t have been better! Yet the apartment faced the courtyard so was absolutely quiet. It was spacious and bright. The bed was really comfortable, the washroom spacious with a great shower. There were lots of hangers in the cupboard, lots of space to put things. The little kitchen was lovely. Everything was clean. We felt very much at home there and can‘t wait to return!

One of my best choices to stay in Florence throughout my years of visiting the city. Location was great - 5 min walk from the Duomo and 2 min from Galeria di Academia. Easy to reach and find from the station. The room was quite spacious, with a small kitchenette that provided you with the necessary cutlery if you wanted to prepare something quick, also hot water kettle and coffee machine. The host was very helpful. Even put a compliment bottle of red wine in the room. How not to love his attitude? The room had a big bathroom with a tub. Everything was kept warm by the heating - both room and bathroom (I traveled in January and it was quite cold outside). Very big and comfy bed and pillows. I will definitely come back again. Thank you Fabrizio, for making my stay there a wonderful experience.

The location of the apartment, very helpful host: - The apartment is located 5 min by walk from Duomo, so a great location. - The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities listed. - The host was very much helpful, Thanks to him for also helping us arranging a taxi to the airport. Great location - close to the Duomo. Lovely spacious room. Clean, well furnished and well designed. Comfortable beds. Kitchenette with hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and sink cleverly "hidden" behind mirrored doors. Was lovely to have the "extras" such as tea, coffee, olive oil, salt etc. and shower gel/soap supplied. Fabrizio and his wife could not have been more accommodating. Answered my initial questions promptly and went above and beyond to help with our luggage on our first morning and last afternoon.
