At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Our guests will be able to collect the keys in our office in Via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check-in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The 55sqm apartment is located on the fourth and top floor with lift, partly attic, of a building in the San Savario area a few steps from Turin Porta Nuova station. Well organized and with a balcony, the apartment was organized as follows: LIVING AREA: a queen sofa bed, the dining area and the TV. BEDROOM: a queen bed and wardrobe. KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and moka. BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES: independent heating with boiler, unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, external clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: It is strictly forbidden to park cars or vehicles in the inner courtyard. Under the boiler there is a switch to turn boiler on and off, please DO NOT touch. ATTENTION: there is a video surveillance camera at the entrance

The aparment is really close to the city center and is just a few minutes walk away from Porta Nuova Station, close to the Restricted Traffic Area. In San Salvario district you can easily find all the services and amenities you'll need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars. Moving around the neighborhood, you can visit the characteristic Piazzetta Donatello, which is also overlooked by the "Sacro Cuore di Maria" curch . In a few minutes on foot you can reach the renowned Parco Valentino, where you can walk immersed in the greenery along the Po' river, admiring the homonymous Castle and the Medieval Village.
