The location is absolutelly great for travelling and exploring. This is the main reason why we choosed this place. It is 5 mins from the center and 5 mins from the train station. It is a clean place, they let you keed your luggage at the reception. As amenities, you don't really have anything special, but at least you have a fridge. The ceiling is very nice.

This is an excellently located property. It is comfortable, clean and well run. There is a flight of stairs to access the main door with key code pads to enter and then there are a few rooms off a reception area with a drinks machine. Rooms had the option of daily cleaning and fresh towels. We were able to leave our luggage for the day when we checked out. The reception has cctv. There are small supermarkets next door and a laundry and parking. The rooms are a very short walk from the station and then close enough to walk to the Central Mercato, the Medici Chapel and the Basillica and the Pont Vecchio. We walked to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, right in the old town, a couple of minutes on foot from the tram stop that goes straight to the airport, and clean room. I had the room overlooking the street but didn’t hear any noise whatsoever at night with the window closed. Shouldn’t be different in summer due to the room being fitted with an air conditioner. Bed was big and mattress was new. More on the firm side, but not uncomfortably hard either.

Basic but comfortable , clean room and private bathroom in Florence. Amazing value for money especially given you are only minutes walk from all the Florence sights , as well as easy walking distance to train station .Host Matteo very responsive, helpful and as it was available we had earlier check in and as we still had attractions to see on the day we checked out , we were able to leave the luggage and pick up later Wonderfull stay

First, the hotel's location is perfect. It was close to the train station and tourist attractions, and there was a Chinese supermarket next door where I could buy water and juice at inexpensive prices. Secondly, the rooms were loft-style rooms, which made them feel spacious.
