- Good location very close to Vatican and walking diatance to Trastevere, Piazza di Spagba and other central locations. Restaurants, gelaterias, and suvenir shops are all very close to the area. The area is busy during the day but quite during the night. - Smooth check-in with clear instructions. - Good size room and spacious bathroom with nice decor (as per the photos). Fluffy towels. - Daily cleaning is available (upon request). - Very responsive staff via WhatsApp.

The location is just perfect, if you are visiting Vatican City, then this is the perfect place, just 300 meter away. Oh yes, more than anything, if you are booking any cab, just type the hotel name, with out any issue, your cab/taxi will come to the front door. Check-in process was so smooth with out any person's intervention. You will find a lot of restaurant near by at late night too( I am talking about approx 11:00 PM night )

The location was amazingly close to St Peter's square, with quiet streets and quality places to eat nearby. The room was very secure and comfortable with a beautiful spacious bathroom ideal for a couple. It was my partner's birthday, so along with great communication, I was able to request decorations and wine for him as a surprise when we arrived for a reasonable extra price, which made the stay extra special. Very good communication from the owner of the appartement. It's located in a smaller street very close to the Vatican but just outside the busy area so that was perfect. Very clean and gets cleaned daily. Not a very big room but definitely big enough to be comfortable. Nice modern bathroom and facilities.

The place is very well located for stays in central Rome, near the Vatican. All other places of interest in Rome are very easily reachable. Metro station Octaviano is within walking distance. Next door are good restaurants, and also Carrefour Express, and other shops. Shopping area streets are within walking distance. The place is nicely quiet and very well maintained, very clean, and safe. Has a good spirit and a nice smell of cleanliness. Contact with the host is very easy via e-mail, SMS, and WhatsApp. There is no breakfast offered, but each room has a small refrigerator and a kettle (and even a steam iron machine and board), so you can easily manage (or have a very good Italian breakfast/coffee next door). There is no lift, but the rooms are either on the 1st or 2nd floor, and the stairs are not steep. The automatic door-opening system is very well explained by the host (incl. a brief and useful video), and easily manageable.

We intentionally don't choose a hotel with a breakfast option. We prefer a brunch somewhere else a little later. The room and the bathroom was freshly renewed, and was really comfortable.
