Sunset Bay is a technologically advanced apartment, entirely DOMOTIC, controlled via touch screen (air conditioning, lights, scenarios, piped music). The apartment is located on the first floor of a single-family villa, measures 140sqm and is entirely available to guests. It is very bright as it has a terrace, equipped with table and barbecue, which surrounds it on two sides.The interiors are very welcoming, well-kept and well arranged to give you maximum relaxation and ample space. They consist of a large living room with PIANO, sofa and armchair, 55 'TV, fireplace and dining table. The modern and prestigious kitchen overlooks the living room and is equipped with all appliances (American fridge with freezer, double oven, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, mixer, etc.), dishes, cookware and The corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, bioethanol fireplace and balcony. the second bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. There is an additional bathroom with whirlpool tub.
