A truly beautiful traditional Sicilian rustic style property recently converted to high standards with the comfort of Central heating triple glazed windows and safety doors. The extremely spacious main bedroom with en suiet bathroom boasts high wooden beamed ceilings as dose the main living area giving a very pleasant atmosphere and fresh temperature during the summer months. The property has unobstructed breath taking sea and mountain views from all floors with a large roof terrace from where you can enjoy the views of the straights of Messina and main land Italy in the distance. The property is located in the heart of the Forza D’Agro which is not only famous and renowned for its role in the "God Father " but also with the Sicilians for its incredible selection of traditional and very reasonably priced Sicilian restaurants which are all within moments walking distance from the property, full of life each night with people who have traveled from all over the country just to enjoy the food and spectacular views from the many terraces. 40min drive from Catania International Airport, 20min drive from the very beautiful famous Taormina and 10min from a selection of amazing beaches.
A historic mansion situated in the famous charming and picturesque little village Forza D´Agro 500m above the ionic coast, the location chosen by Francis Ford Coppola for his film "The Godfather".
