(about 10 km), the oldest natural park in Sicily with a 7 km long section of the coastal path that goes from Castellamare del Golfo to San Vito lo Capo. In the natural park you can visit the magnificent Grotto of Uzzo, one of the first prehistoric settlements in Sicily. About 8 km away, a thermal plant awaits you. Worth seeing is the fishing village of Scopello with its typical lighthouses. Cultural sights such as the Norman castle, the church ?Madre Chiesa? and the church of Saint Joseph are a must for those interested in art and history.
