Villa Paladino is a charming house located in Buseto Palizzolo. It enjoys a privileged position with panoramic view over the city of Trapani, the Egadi Islands, Erice and Valderice. It is about one km from the nearest village where you will find some basic services as restaurants and bars. The house spreads over two levels, as soon as you enter you will find the living room, made elegant thanks to the choice of the furniture and the types of materials used in the manufacture. The conversation area is placed in a corner where there is a fireplace, the Kitchen is well-finished, cheerful, functional and equipped with all necessary appliances. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Through a wooden winding stair-case you will reach the first floor that has two bedrooms, one double and one single and a bathroom with shower. The villa is sunny and quiet and it features outside a beautiful garden with two patios and a large sun terrace near the swimming pool.
