Located just 20 meters from the splendid sea of ​​Cornino bay, it offers an outdoor area equipped with barbecue, exclusive garden, veranda and an amazing sea view. Excellent location to reach San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro Reserve, Scopello, Erice, Trapani and Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo. A short distance away in the hills of Custonaci, a hospitable and characteristic town, very famous for its Pane Cunzato; .... to try !!! The villa consists of a large garden, an external veranda with kitchenette. A wooden cottage with living room, equipped kitchen and glass veranda. Depandance with bedroom and private bathroom.
