Lovely staff were very accommodating and very polite!!! The rooms are relatively spacious, and the shared bath is lovely as well! Very close to the enoden tram stop as well as peninsula, and had parking! The futons were comfortable and the included breakfast across the street was delicious! Would book again!

Amazing location - beautiful street where you can see the Enoden train pass bye. 20 minute walk to Enoshima and a supermarket across the street. Very comfortable and spacious room with all necessary amenities as well as Yukata for you to wear! I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again. They also let us store our luggage there for the day :)

Breakfast and dinner were incredible. It's at the restaurant across the road from the ryokan. Location is incredibly close to the Enoden station. Room is very clean and comes with amenities such as towel, toothbrush, traditional bath robes etc. The owner is incredible kind and bubbly. We arrived early so we left our luggage with them and went out. When we returned to check-in, our luggage was already in our room.

Staying at Kakiya is a unique experience, even for those who have traveled in Japan quite a bit. The room and building were stunning, and the staff was extraordinarily kind. An extremely convenient place to stay and explore Enoshima.

Although the location is not the best, it is still quite convenient. I regret that I can't stay one more night because I already booked another hotel tomorrow before. The food is good and you choose both breakfast and dinner as you can do nothing at night, and it is not expensive. The hotel has a supermarket next to it. This hotel actually makes me not want to go to a business hotel anymore because it is so good.
