Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my first solo travelling trip and I felt a bit lost in Japan when I arrived but was immediately met with charming and helpful staff. The facilities, including showers, toilets, etc were all clean and functioned to a high standard. The futon bed was comfortable enough for the price and considering there were 11 other people staying in the room I felt as though the 'capsules' were private and had ample room to store my belongings. Would absolutely stay again if I was ever in Kawasaki again.
