Fantastic value for money. The room was bigger than expected and the staff were brilliant. Onsen was decent and the breakfast was fantastic. The small children’s play area was a nice touch, not much but a few squashy shapes and a slide provides a welcome distraction for children.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my lack of Japanese very well. The Onsen was very comfortable and had plenty of space. There is a game and spa room (you have to schedule the spa), as well as a manga collection. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet serve a wide variety of foods so you're very likely to find something that you'll like. There are complimentary Yukata and slippers available at the front desk. Be warned they are in Japanese dimension, I was not able to find slippers in my size DX

喫煙のお部屋を予約してしまい、当日に変更できるか伺ったところ、急なお願いだったのにも関わらず快く承諾してくださり、かつ迅速に対応していただきとても助かりました。 お部屋もとても綺麗で広く、友達と楽しい思い出を作ることができました。 ただ見落としていたら申し訳ないのですが、booking.comに喫煙か禁煙かどうかの記載がなかったため、そこが分かればよかったぐらいです。
