A huge, modern, three bedroom apartment on the river in the main tourist district. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The owner/manager is nearby to answer any questions or remedy any problems. Well suited to a family or a group of friends. As a regular traveler to PP, this is a great find for me.

This beautiful 3 bedroom duplex apartment is close to practically everything. cozy & comfortable space, tastefully designed and fully furnished. Less than 5 min walking distance to Royal Palace, National Museum, Riverside, Kandal Market, Old Market, Central Market, dozens of restaurants, pubs & many more attractions located within 1 km of the apartment making this unit as one of the best location to stay in Phnom Penh. The highlight of this unit is the beautiful view facing Tonle Sap river.

The unit entrance located right at the alley next to the popular Cat Cafe (Chhma Cafe). this alley will lead you to to a very small neighborhood consist of less than 10 families, majority of them are Cambodians that been living there for many years. Thats not all, There’s actually a cool & cosy rooftop bar called KRAVAT and their main entrance located along the alley as well (red door) If you are interested to see the real side of Phnom Penh neighborhood daily life than your typical hotel, mall, beach surroundings then this alley will offer you a truly unique experience. We call this alley as BOLD alley.
