A lot of love and effort have gone into turning a piece of jungle into a welcoming and beautiful space, combining a functioning farm with very high quality accommodation. Staff were genuinely very friendly, and the owner who happened to also be there at the time, was happy to do a tour of the farm for me at 5 min notice. I was in a room in the Mango Villa which was very generously proportioned (I was alone but it probably would have been big enough for a family of 4); high ceilings, nicely decorated so it felt homely and comfortable, and a showstopper bathroom and private terrace for amazing sunsets with stunning views over The Valley. I only had breakfast there but that was very nice and generous with fruit platter fresh from the farm, home made delicious marmalade, fresh bread and poached eggs and anything else one might want at breakfast (and probably the best coffee I had on the island).

Lovely authentic place. In our two weeks holiday with a lot of luxery resorts, this was the one we have the warmest feeling about. When you are looking for a not so touristic area, some magnificent views, a little farm life, and some great staff, go here. Oh and go for the Sri Lanken Kitchen, that’s better then the European:)

Einfach alles perfekt, der Service, die Mitarbeiter, die einem gefühlt die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen haben. Das leckere Essen (wir haben das 4 Gänge Menü immer gegessen, was mega gut und abwechslungsreich war, die kostenlose Cooking Show und die Tour. Die tolle Massage. Wir wurden bei Bedarf mit den eigenen Tuk Tuks überall im der Farm hingefahren. Der Ausblick so wie die Zimmer waren unglaublich, der Duft, die Ausstattung einfach alles perfekt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

The place is amazing. There is a almost magic atmosphere on the farm. You're surrounded by animals & nature's sounds, smells and vibe. At the same time you're in the hands of a great team that fully understands hospitality. With a large swimming pool, a beautiful spa, yoga services, cycling, tours, monastery and much, much more, there is always something to explore. Make sure you get in touch with the management way prior to your stay, they will surely make it unforgettable.
