Stylish and fully refurbished 3-rooms apartment with the sea-veiw is situated in the old town house with adjoining garden, located in one of the most picturesque places in Montenegro - a historic village Podlichak and close (1 кm) to island of St. Stefan and 800-meters from the cozy beach of Budva Riviera - Pržno. Mountain air, stunning sea views, magnificent walks in the Royal park Milocher and to the nearby monasteries make your vacation a memorable one. Floor of beautiful natural stone, lighting, outdoor furniture, dining area (stone table, chairs), fruit and ornamental plants. Walk to the beach in the mid-tempo take no more than 12 minutes back - 20 min. On a small marina and a little in the back you can find at least a dozen cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. Near the mountains there are several monasteries, there is a walking trail 10 km, connecting them in a circle. For entertainment lovers is easy access to the city of Budva, on a bus, which leaves every half an hour. An ideal place for a comfortable stay for young dynamic people or for families with children.
