The Marea apartments follow open space concept, the living room with large sofa opens into dining area and spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, modernly designed with all cooking basics you`ll be needing during your stay. We own one, two bedrooms apartments and one studio. Every bedroom comes with double bed and it`s extremely comfy and peaceful, additional living room sofa is very snugly and convenient. The bathroom with shower is very spacious, washing mashine and basic toiletries are provided. The apartments are very airy, bright and elegant. The major feature definitely is the large terrace and outdoor furniture. We are located at the city center only a few minutes from Slovenska beach and Old Town. Welcome!

The Budva Riviera has some of the most attractive beaches of south Adriatic. Mogren beach is arguably the best known and most attractive of the Budva city beaches. Other city beaches include the small Ričardova glava ("Richard's Head") , next to the Old Town, as well as the 1.6 km long Slovenska plaža (Slav beach), that makes up the most of the city's coast. However, majority of the beaches of Budva Riviera are outside the city itself. Jaz Beach is a long and spacious beach west of Budva, its hinterland serving as a popular concert and festival venue, as well as a campground. Bečići resort town, with its long sandy beach, is situated south-east of the city, separated from Budva by the Zavala peninsula. The old town is Budva’s trademark! The Old Budva’s town is a unique architectural and urban entity where you can find many restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Budva is well known regionally as the capital of nightlife, with numerous open-air clubs opening along the Budva sea promenade. Apartments are located in a peaceful area. Everything is nearby. The nearest beach is a few minutes away, the grocery shops as well. Restaurant Zlatibor has very delicious food and it's only five minutes away from the apartment. Nearest beach is 300m far away, and the Old Town can be reached in 600 meters.
