The two-story villa with six bedrooms has the capacity to accommodate twelve people. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, and on the second floor, there are four bedrooms - one with queen bed, two rooms with two single beds and one room with sofa bed for one person. In the living room, there is also a sofa suitable for one person, and upon request it is possible to add a baby cot free of charge. The villa has three balconies and one terrace, of which two balconies have a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, stovetop, oven, microwave, water kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. It has three bathrooms that have a shower, hairdryer and one bathroom has a washing machine. The villa is air-conditioned, with a total of five air-conditioners (in the bedrooms and in the living room), and guests have wireless internet, five TV’s with cable channels, a barbecue, sun loungers and parking for three vehicles. Size: 250m2.

Villa Sunny Hill is located in a quiet and peaceful part of the town on a hill above Budva. The location of the villa provides various opportunities for all kinds of tourist activities. Its picturesque surroundings, as well as the beauty of nature and place, leave very impressive and pleasant impressions to all visitors. The ambiance of the villa itself is extremely nice and pleasant for rest and active recreation. Also, the advantages of this place are the relative proximity of the city, the possibility to visit the cultural and natural sights that Budva abounds, as well as a rich and active social, sports and cultural life in this city. Numerous cultural and music events are an interesting part of Budva's tourist offer, and besides, it is also possible to enjoy the natural beauty by visiting rural areas using the nearby zip line. In this part of the Montenegrin coast, there are also some of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. The Budva riviera is abundant with long beaches, of which the closest ones are Slovenska beach, Becici beach, Kamenovo beach and Jaz beach.
