Place is defenitly recommended for families because of the large pool area,which was in good shape and taken care of. Nice theme bungalows for kids. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, we felt welcome all the time. The Place was not to crowded, which was good during using the pools. Not recommended for adults only.

Overall hotel design and facilities are closer to a 4 stars quality, decoration is class, very family and kids friendly environment as the room are all named with cartoon theme and the outlook of each room were drawn with hand drawings of cartoons, location is very strategic easy path to chenang and food, the environment is serene and green, high view to the sea, the resort is located on the hill (not highland it’s just a small hill that the cars have to driving up in a minute to reach the resort) and hence the view is superb and forest surrounding, fantastic yummy breakfast it’s my favourite- the Russian + Malaysian cruising really filled my stomach to peak, friendly staffs for sure and last but not the least the mini water theme park is the highlight for the kids, the pool is big with warm waters. Mickey Mouse visitor was a surprised.

Everything was perfect on our holiday. The staff very helpful as we decided to change our room and the process was faster. All the facilities can be used and the pool was great and clean. We will repeat again next time for sure.

The staffs were really lovely and friendly. The kids love the water play, but it was closed the day after for maintenance. Appearance of Mickey was a delightful experience for the kids too. The resort was a well hidden gem in Cenang. Value for money stay!
