The fully fenced rear deck area has been described as an absolute sun trap and great place to have your evening meal. This property is strictly a non-smoking or vaping property. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed (bigger than a double bed and smaller than a king bed) It has a large wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, a heater and a towel rack with your towel and facecloth. Bedroom 2 has all the same supplies except the bed is a King Single (bigger than a single bed and smaller than a double bed) The upstairs bathroom has a shower, vanity unit, toilet, mirror, hairdryer, cleaning products and toilet paper. There is a seperate toilet downstairs. The laundry is under the stairwell and has a washing machine, clothes drying racks, washing machine detergent, cleaning products, broom, vacuum cleaner and more. There is a clothes line outside on the deck area. There is a booklet on the bench in the kitchen with other information you will find handy to know.

Petone is a large suburb of Lower Hutt, Wellington. It stands at the southern end of the Hutt Valley, on the northern shore of Wellington Harbour. Europeans first settled in Petone in January 1840, making it the oldest European settlement in the Wellington Region. The townhouse is a 7 minute walk to the beach and is very close to Restaurants, Bars and Cafes on Jackson St Petone. You are a 12 minute drive away from popular Days Bay Beach which is just before Eastbourne and all it's walking tracks through native bush. You can catch a ferry ride across to Wellington central and stoll down to the beautiful Te Papa Museum, a must see attraction. If you enjoy wine tasting you can also drive over to the Wairarapa where there are many excellent vineyards.
