Hopefully, you find this helpful. 🙂 1/ Private hosting, not a professional accommodation service. 2/ We don’t allow smoking of any kind. Not inside nor outside the house. 3/ No cooking. But you can use utensils, bowl, plate, toaster, kettle, and microwave. There is a good fish n chips 6mins walk up the road (operating hours 11:00 - 21:00). Uber Eat is a good option too. Tea and coffee are provided. 4/ Please help to be quiet after 23:00. 5/ Room is small, 2 people max, no exception. 6/ Traffic noise is really bad because we’re on the main road. 7/ Check-in 14:00 - 23:00, check-out 3:00 - 10:00. 8/ No late check-out. 9/ No check in after 23:00. 10/ We have 2 rooms listed on booking. We try to provide a comfortable stay as much as possible. We might not have the flexibilities and facilities that you need.
