Very polite staff. They organised our tours, taxi, laundry. For the night we got hot water bottles to warm beds. Coca tea always available for free. We felt it was secure place.

The room is beautiful and clean. The bathroom was incredible with a rain shower and it was very modern compared to most places we’ve stayed at. The bed was big and comfortable. They clean your room every day which we loved! The location is very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good as well: bread, cheese, meat, marmelade, fresh fruits, eggs, yoghurt and cereal. They even have a toast/grill machine to make toasties! One day we had to leave at 4am for a tour and they packed a lunch bag for us because we would miss breakfast. Additionally they have free tea all day long, including coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The best part of our stay was the incredibly kind staff, always ready to help with any request. They are always friendly and ask about your day. They speak English as well. This is hands down the best place we’ve stayed at in all of Peru!

The staff was so kind to me. I’ve suffered a lot from altitude sickness when I arrived and they’ve been very helpful. Really appreciated the water bottle at night to stay warm but also preparing me a breakfast bag for my tour starting in the middle of the night

Convenient location for economy traveller. It is middle of the the commercial area for local people. There are not cosy restaurants for tourists surrounding this hotel and It takes about 10-15 min to walk from Central plaza of the city. But room rate is Value for the money. A good price for single traveller. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and the breakfast (inclusive in the room rate) is also good at this category of hostels. There seemed to be no problem at all about the security of the surrounding area. Last good thing is that it is very close to the mini bus stop to Ollantaytambo train station( train to Machu Pichu)

Excellent value for money, in a brilliant location that’s walkable to everything you would want to see in Cusco. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in South America, lots of choice and freshly made. The room was clean and comfortable.
