We had an amazing stay in Hostal Madre Tierra. The location was perfect in the cosy area San Blas. The whole hostal and the rooms were nicely decorated, it felt really cosy and warm! Host Maykquell and his wife made us feel like we were at our second home. They were very friendly and extremely helpfull. Every night we got a hot water bottle to keep warm in bed, these details made us feel like we were in a home instead of a hotel. When we came back to Cusco after our trekking we stayed again at Madre Tierra because we had such a good time.

Great location near the center and other amenities. Staff was very nice and have answered all our questions. They also stored our packs while we went to Puerto Mdonado for few days and have orginised the tours for good price for us. Breakfast was also very good. Fresh orange juice, eggs made fresh per order, fruits, jams, cheese and ham. All in all great service and our favourite place to stay in Peru.

Great value for money. We stayed the first two nights at another place, which costed almost double, and Hosteria de Anita pleasantly surprised us. It was as good as the previous place, for much less!
