Welcome to the Baía Cliff View by MHM! Embrace the salty air and sub-tropical climate of Madeira during your seaside stay with a vast ocean view in a renovated apartment. This apartment is eco-minded, so enjoy knowing the environmental impact of their stay here is minimized. To reduce the environmental impact of your stay we contribute to Sustainable Travel International. We offset 100% of the carbon emissions produced by responsible use of electricity & gas in the apt. Our fireplace is available to guests for an additional fee due to this and Europe's energy crisis. Guests staying in the middle of winter may opt for fireplace use. It can restore a comfortable temperature to the common living space on the rare, This modern apartment is fully equipped. Floor to ceiling windows pour onto an ocean view terrace. Centrepiece to the dining-living area with sea views is a glass fireplace underneath a revolving flat screen TV with a wide range of international channels. The kitchen is furnished with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine. There are 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with individual balconies. 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (or 1 double) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds serviced by 2 other bathrooms, 1 with walk-in shower and 1 with shower-bath, including bathtub. Rental includes private access to the apartment and parking. Please note that there is a fireplace that heats the common areas of the house. As extra service this has an extra cost. The property has decoration and equipment that can be changed without prior notice for the most diverse reasons, so when booking you will be agreeing to these terms. In case of doubt, you should always reconfirm with us closer to your arrival. You must also respect our house rules and/or condominium. Check-in before 4 pm is subject to availability.
