Property information

New, big and tastefully decorated house, with a breathtaking ocean view. Located a short walk from the spectacular Almagreira beach it’s spacious, offers a very well-equipped kitchen, along with a quiet fully fenced / private garden where you can relax. From the balcony, you can see the sunset over the ocean, right next to Baleal Island. Besides the great view and location, this house is very comfortable and cozy with: - Bedroom 1: en-suite with queen-size bed, closet and balcony - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and balcony - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds or a double bed and a balcony - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds or a double bed - Lower level lounge area / 5th Bedroom: this doubles as a ‘5th bedroom’ with a fold out couch and a ‘games room’ with exercise equipment, board games and a TV / sound bar hooked up to a retro Nintendo gaming machine - Living level lounge area - 2 ultra-comfortable sofas, a dining table and a big flat screen TV and sound bar - 4 Bathrooms which good sized. - Backyard / Garden area with BBQ, couches, dining table, ombrelone and chairs. The whole house is fitted with Air Conditioning which keeps it cool in summer and hot in winter

Located at Almagreira Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Portugal, where you can find picturesque views along with lovely waves The local villages of Ferrel, Baleal and the nearby Peniche are bustling, but still picturesque, and offer cafes and bars, excellent restaurants, markets and take away services. Further, there are several mini markets, pharmacies, doctors, dentists, banks, surf shops - all you need in fact!
