Very nice and clean appartment! Hugo is a great host which was knowledgeable about everything we asked him. Available for all the questions we had and cared very much about our stay. The appartment was very comfortable and clean. On a great location very near all Funchal's highlights.

What a little gem of a place this is. It was the perfect base for us (two friends in our forties) to explore Funchal from on a 4-night stay. It has very recently been renovated and is immaculate - everything is new and spotlessly clean. The two bedrooms are a similar size and both have en-suite shower rooms. (There’s also a separate downstairs cloakroom.) The bijou terrace was the perfect place for a pre-dinner drink before heading out. Location-wise, you’re around a 10 minute walk to the heart of the old town. Ideal if you want to be in easy reach of the restaurants, market, cable car and marina but away from the noise in a quiet spot, tucked down a side street. Our host, Hugo, couldn’t have been more helpful - arranging an airport transfer, making restaurant recommendations and providing a lovely welcome basket. This smart, chic little house is excellent value for money and highly recommended.

This is the perfect house! Very modern and cool and decorated with lots of thought and care. It’s open plan and with the sliding doors you feel like you are outside and it’s very light and breezy. I don’t have a single complaint! The location is perfect you are about 15 minutes walk from everything and you feel very central but it’s very quiet and peaceful. Hugo was a fantastic host, sharing local information and I knew I could call him at any point with any questions.

A casa era lida, com um pátio fantástico e cheia de pormenores de arquitetura lindíssimos, que ia descobrindo à medida que ia vivenciando a casa. Não podia ser mais central, com possibilidade de ir a pé para todo o lado. E o anfitrião foi inexcedível, na sua imensa simpatia, disponibilidade para ajudar, dicas para conhecer melhor a cidade e até informação sobre espetáculos. Já para não falar da cesta com iguarias da Madeira, que sabem tão bem à chegada! Não podia ter corrido melhor. Obrigada!

Location was very central - an easy walk to the town centre. Apartment was very well appointed, clean, roomy & comfortable. Hugo is a very pleasant & helpful host. Hugo met us at the airport & ferried us to the apartment, where there was a lovely welcome basket of fruit, wine & cake plus a superb bottle of Madeira. He also gave us a very superior bottle of wine for the New Year. A superb host! He also collected us at the end of our time & ferried us back to the airport. Sonia, who called in once per week to clean, was very thorough & also a lovely pleasant & friendly lady. We would very much like to return.

Our host, Hugo, was very welcoming and he answered our questions promptly. He made great suggestions about things to do on the island. The location was fantastic as we could easily walk to the heart of Funchal in minutes. We loved the patio in the centre of the house. The house was extremely clean and modern. Shower pressure was awesome and the washing machine came in handy. We were always able to find free parking nearby the house with only a few minutes walk to our front door.

Tout. les hôtes sont vraiment sympathiques, amicaux, aux petits soins, avec de vrais conseils pour votre séjour. Le logement est bien placé, proche du centre. Très récent, il a été fait avec gouts et avec des matériaux nobles. Que vous soyez 2 ou 4, ne réfléchissez pas, cette location est exceptionnelle
