This property features a living room, with air conditioning, sofa bed, cable TV (AppleTV) and a space, separately, with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A bathroom with bathtub is available. Through the living room there is access to a nice balcony, where you can enjoy the view over the city and the sea, while having a coffee. This property is prepared to host a maximum of 3 people. Lift available in the building. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the flat. Parking outside, reserved for guests.
