Located 300 meters from Casa da Música, Domus Duorum is a century-old house, built around 1891, whose peculiar architecture tells a little of Porto's history. In this accommodation you will breathe the city's atmosphere and find an authentic and comfortable place. With a privileged location, in the Boavista area, you can easily reach the most famous places by metro, bus or on foot in just a few minutes. In your accommodation you will find careful decoration, in keeping with the style of the house, a private bathroom in every room and with all the amenities you need. Each room is unique, there are no standard rooms, as Domus Duorum offers a family atmosphere, it is not a hotel. The goal is for you to feel at home, but away from home and experience being almost like a local! A buffet breakfast will be served every morning, trying to meet your preferences and, if requested, taking into account your special dietary regime. You can enjoy this meal inside or on the patio. In addition to the room, you will find common areas, such as a kitchen with space to enjoy a meal, where you can make use of equipment such as a kettle, coffee machine or refrigerator. In another room you will find board games, books and a flat-screen TV. Outside you can enjoy a patio to relax and have a cold drink in the sunny hours. All we want is to make your stay in Porto memorable!

Casa da Música is a concert hall that began to be built in 1999 as part of the project “Porto 2001 - European Capital of Culture”. Its construction was completed in 2005.The building is located in Boavista, next to Mouzinho de Albuquerque Square. This is a large square full of lovely trees and it is great place to relax. In the center of the square there is a sculpture that attracts all eyes. It is the monument to the Peninsular War. Nearby places Jardins do Palácio de Cristal (1.3 km) Museu Soares dos Reis (1.5 km) Fundação Serralves is a cultural institution whose mission is to promote contemporary art. Within the grounds is the Museum of Contemporary Art, Casa de Serralves and an auditorium. The foundation has a huge and well-kept garden of about 18 hectares that surrounds the museum. In the leaflet delivered at the entrance, different itineraries are suggested that you can follow to go through the gardens without losing any detail. Nearby places Forte de São Francisco Xavier (Praia do Castelo do Queijo)(2 km) Praia do Molhe (2.6 km) Very well known is the beautiful Pérgola da Praia do Molhe. For some years, the stones occupied most of the space on the beaches of Porto, and geologically, they are even a place of study. But gradually the sand has been replaced, and nowadays, the sands are much more inviting for walks, sunbathing and sea. Not only in summer, but all year long! The beaches of Porto have a unique charm! Nearby places Jardim do Passeio Alegre (1,6 Km) Farolim de Felgueiras (1,5 Km) Restaurants and places to relax Mercado do Bom Sucesso- This space is a mandatory stop and has a wide range of options ranging from tasting the best dishes, for lunch or dinner, tasting a wine or a cocktail at the end of the day or, simply, tasting the incredible Portuguese pastries.
