Amasing 4 levels modern residence with private swimming pool. First house on the shoreline. Extremely bright relaxing view over sea from the bedrooms, living/dinning room, kitchen and pool area. All fully furnished. Loft designed for youngsters (two single beds), as a terrace suitable for morning breakfast or late night talk... overlooking Peniche/Baleal Bay and Berlengas Island. To see a video of this property please go to VIMEO and search for 'PENICHE OCEAN HOUSE' Quiet location within a 2 min. walking distance to sandy beach of Baleal and yet 1hour by car from the capital, Lisbon (Airport). Great Portuguese food in local restaurants with many fish specialties, traditional Peniche Farmer's market only 10 minutes away. Many options apply either enjoy the comfort of staying inn, the pleasure of walking around, or the adventure of water-sports, any choice will make your vacations memorable in this Portuguese Silver Coast Dream House. Although we live 25 km away, welcoming an handing over the keys, even after hours, is not a problem. We are ALWAYS available and willing to help on suggesting, places to eat, landmarks, cities and monuments to visit or activities to enjoy. Because the Villa is in a recent development, find us is not a problem ... if needed when in the area we will pick you up and direct you to the house.
