Briliant location for Funchal and Madeira travel- very close to all atractions, close to big shopping center, restaurants etc , car and motorbike rent next door (7M- good price and service). Free parking was possible in private garage (very good because on the streets it is almost impossible to find a free space).We had a problem with our flight and arrived very late in the night and our host was waiting for us. Perfect comunication with friendly host. The apartment was sparkling clean (I believe the cleanest apartment what we ever had from booking.com), very well equiped and spacious. Nice terace on the rooftop and perfect view as well. We spend 8 wonderfull nights and really felt like home.

Great location within 5 minutes from the airport bus. Apartment had everything you needed including dishwasher and free (strong) wifi. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus and all appliances worked well, albeit the fridge/freezer is a bit small and didn’t freeze the ice cream to a solid state.

We booked two flats for a family visit for New Year. They were actually even nicer than the photos -- very comfortable living areas, big TVs, all furniture etc in good condition and spotlessly clean. The windows are very soundproof and the blackpout curtains work well. The description said only a "stove top" but actually one flat had an oven. Luis was very helpful and if you need to know any detail about the flat you want to book, I'm sure he'll tell you. Note that there isn't a lift -- as per the description. The stairs aren't very steep. The location is excellent!

One of the best apartments I have ever rented! The location is as best as it could be! Central, calm, with a view.... really wonderful experience

Beautiful large bright apartment. Nothing could be added ,absolutely everything you could need was provided right down to shampoo/shower gel/first aid kit. Everything was immaculate and top of the range appliances and fittings. Fantastic beds and 3 televisions, No idea how it is kept so beautifully appointed..looks like a 5 star show apartment. We have no hesitation in totally recommending this gorgeous place. City accommodation so no balcony but lovely shared rooftop area perfect for sun bathing /drying clothes

The two apartments we rented were fantastic, spacious, bright, clean, and exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped with everything, plenty of everything e.g. shampoo, shower gel, detergent, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels. We did not lack anything. Very well located, close to everything. The market, supermarket, shopping centre, bus station are about 3-5 minutes walk away. The house has a roof terrace with sun loungers, benches, table which we could use anytime. It was nice to drink wine there in the evenings. Luis is a very good host, he answered all our questions immediately. We were able to book the apartments at 9am when we arrived, and on the day of departure we had the option to stay longer as our flight left late afternoon and there were no arriving guests after us. Each apartment has a parking space, so we had no problem parking our rental cars. We would like to stay here again next time we return.

This accommodation was absolutely amazing! We were a family of 4 and the apartment was just perfect for us. We rented a car to get around and the owner was so nice that he let us use the garage (for free), which is incorporated into the building, which was a huge help, given how complicated parking is in Funchal. The apartment was well furnished and prepared for someone like us who flew to Madeira with just a small suitcase (new shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, oil and seasonings in the kitchen). Everything was super clean, we felt very comfortable during our stay. We also used the terrace, which was very lovely, with a great view. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in a great location in Funchal. It is close to everything important in the city. Loved it! Thank you very much!
