Property information

A beachfront villa with a privileged view of Angeiras Beach. Perfect for families and couples, this spacious house offers tranquility in Matosinhos - Porto. Known for its local fresh fish and seafood market, traditional restaurants, and beautiful beaches with boardwalks. Just 10 minutes from Porto Airport and 20 minutes from the historic city center. Indulge in the utmost enjoyment of this magnificent property and unwind during a memorable stay. A three-story house. On the main floor, you will find a cozy living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The living room features a generous 65-inch Android TV box, air conditioning, radiant floor heating, and a pellet boiler for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, and Nespresso coffee machine. The radiant floor heating provides additional comfort. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a complete shared bathroom with a bathtub and vertical hydro massage. The master bedroom, with a suite, has a TV, air conditioning, and radiant floor heating. The other two bedrooms do not have air conditioning or radiant floor heating but are equipped with TVs, fans, and heaters. On the lower floor, there is a spacious lounge with a pool table, sofas, and a fireplace. Additionally, you will find a bathroom with a hydro massage cabin and a laundry room with a washing machine. The outdoor space is truly inviting, with a covered garage for two cars, a leisure area with sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue. The garden is maintained with an automatic irrigation system. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the attic, the closed garage, and a small room that serves as a private area. All guests are required to present identification upon check-in. Only guests mentioned on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
