Attention: This house is located in a private garden, shared with 2 other houses (typical Porto island). However the garden will be in June and begining of July with construction works. Wanting this house for vacation it is possible that there is noise in the garden from 8h30 and that the garden cannot be used (just to access the house). Small confortable house in a garden, completely renewed with two floors (one is a mezzanine) at a 4 minutes walking distance to Francos metro station; near Casa da Música (1 metro stop) and city center metro stop Trindade (7minutes trip). Direct metro line from the airport - 21min trip. To access the house it is necessary to pass through a door that leads to the garden and there will be the house, therefore It doesn't have a street view. The house is an open space, composed by one bedroom (13m2) in the first floor (mezzanine). In the ground floor dining/living room with an equipped kitchen (35m2) and one bathroom. The house is situated in a shared garden. When accomodating more than two persons the guests have a sofa bed. Please have in mind that the house is an open space, so there are no walls dividing the different areas of the house. Coffee and tea is available for guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning that guarantee confort during summer and winter time. Available cable TV and wireless internet.
