Our Madeira was established in 2007 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live. We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Theo's House was only built a few years ago and has been traditionally furnished and decorated and has some beautiful antique pieces of furniture. Its exceptional location makes it the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday, lazing by the pool and soaking up the sun. For the more energetic, and especially walkers, it is hard to find a better location than this. The views of the sea and countryside seem to go on forever. The interior of the villa is very comfortable, stylish and has been tastefully furnished. The spacious entrance hall is large and welcoming and has a staircase that leads down to 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The third bedroom on the upper level is a suite, with a private seating area, en suite shower room and balcony with sea view. There is a large open plan lounge and dining area, complete with pool table and the French windows.

The narrow sleepy tracks and alleys that criss-cross the village with its typical houses and beautiful gardens will enchant the curious visitor. Part of the village is sitting on a rock, of which traditions says that it is protected by Saint Amaro so that Fajã da Ovelha doesn't fall onto the village of Paul do Mar lying at sea level just 2 kilometres below. In the village you will be able to purchase some basic provisions, and there is a lady that bakes the traditional 'pão a lenha' - bread baked in a special oven - delicious! The coastline is dotted with small villages. Ponta do Pargo which is the furthest south westerly point is just 10 minutes by car. Jardim Do Mar which means literally Garden of the Sea is only 4 kilometres away. A pretty, tranquil village which preserves the 'old days' with old narrow streets and low level houses with different shaped chimneys. Jardim do Mar has become one of the popular meeting points for the international surfing community. Also just a few kilometres from the villa is the village of Prazeres, undoubtedly one of the most picturesque on the island. The name of the parish originates from a small chapel dedicated to 'Our Lady of Prazeres'.
