Property information

The first thing you notice when you open the front door is the natural light that illuminates the entire flat: out of two windows you can see the city roofs and the bell tower of the historic Trindade church as a reminder that you are right at the UNESCO world heritage city center. On the other side, a window & balcony give you a glimpse of the green backyard gardens and last but not least, there's a skylight that allows you to gaze at the stars. The house is a 60m2 duplex that takes up the 3rd floor of a fully renovated early 20th century building - please note that there is no elevator in the building. **Please note that there may be construction work going on near the apartment during the day. Thank you!**

Neighbourhood information

Although the flat is located in one of the busiest streets in Porto, you don't need to worry about the noise - the flat isn't front facing. Its central location allows you to discover downtown by foot; within a few minutes you reach emblematic historical places such as the "art nouveau" Avenida dos Aliados, the Clérigos church, or Lello's bookshop. You can reach the Douro River in a 10-15 min walk and find a myriad of bars, restaurants, and charming traditional shops nearby. A supermarket is just around the corner (with freshly baked bread)!
