Our lovely Apartment in Porto Arabia Marina includes: * The first master bedroom has a 180x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom * The second master bedroom has two 120x200cm beds with its ensuite bathroom * The living room and dinning area * One bathroom serving the guests * The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook, pots & pans, oven, microwave Nespresso machine, kettle and lots more. * Good sized terrace to enjoy the city lights at night and the movements of the fancy yachts in the Marina as well as the stunning sunset view. * Designated car park space with 24 hrs security. The apartment has a washing machine , dishwasher, A clothes dry rack, iron, hair dryer and lots more. Offer a cleaning once a week for long stay NO PARTIES/EVENTS. No Pets. No Smoking/Vaping inside the apartment **Ashtray provided for use only on the balcony** Naturally we will always try and accommodate early check-ins according to your needs when our calendar permits We look forward to welcoming you soon!
The building is surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants along the marina for nice walk or run, as well as being 4 min walking to Monoprix and Medina Centrale. Katara Plaza and Laguna mall are only 10min driving.
