Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. A pleasant place with kind, fun but also very professional staff. Access is easy, and close to the lake and the center of the resort. The SPA is well maintained, the atmosphere is quiet and the water is at the perfect temperature. The saunas were always ready. The room is shiny and nicely decorated. We had a special request for my wife's birthday - we were extremely pleasantly surprised by the way they understood how to delight their customers! Thank you!

The hotel is brand new. It provides clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities. The food was really nice, there was a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The SPA had just everything that we needed, including salt water pool, jacuzzi, there were massage services available, sauna and even a pool bar. The staff is also frienfly and helpful, so overall, there is nothing to complain about. We will return for sure. Highly recommended!
