Clean, quiet and spacious apartment with great aircon. Located in close proximity to a night market which was super cheap and the food was great, 7/11 and Chiang Mai centre. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Great stay! The owner picked me up from the airport for a small fee, very convenient. The accommodation is very close to the airport and about 20 min to the Old town on foot so you might need a scooter or use Grab to get around. They were so nice and welcoming. The room didnt have a window so it was a bit dark but it had everything I needed, including a big fridge with lots of water, a microwave etc. The bathroom also was good and the AC worked well! There was also a TV and a fan, comfortable bed. The owner also arranged a transport to the bus stop and was available to me always. Thank you for having me !

The hospitality was exceptional. Ban Pongphan family was always ready with a smile for all our enquiries. The room was clean and had necessary amenities such as a microwave, a fridge and an aircon. They even provided cultery, plates and a microwave bowl! The bed was extra comfy too. Love the free snack corner in the common dining area and the lovely terrace area with plenty of greenery.

There is a pantry area including a fridge and a microwave, both in your room and the common area downstairs. There are also washing machines (coin-op) to do your own laundry. Its location is pretty close to the airport and in the walking distance from the Old City (through Wua Lai Road).

Night market and super market close by. Around 3kms to the touristic areas where all the tourists hang out. But i wanted to be away from the tourists. So this was the perfect place and price. Bike and car taxi always available within minutes.

Amazing staff who leave cookies for you and want to help you with everything with a smile! It is very clean and everything is cleaned quickly, you can wash your clothes in the washing machine, there is air conditioning, a fridge and bowls, plates and cups if anyone wants to use it. There is a shop and a market close to the hotel from 5:00 p.m. where you can eat delicious food! you can walk to the center or take the red buses for 30 bth. The best place among all where we stayed -we travel a lot ;) we highly recommend it!!!!

Very nice owners. The room was perfectly adequate for my needs - nice and quiet, convenient location close to airport as well as the city. I really liked that there were a lot of power points around the room and even one close to the bed which often doesn't happen!

I had a great time at Ban Pongphan 💙 for an unbeatable price you get your own studio - big bed, tv, table, small kitchen with fridge and bathroom. The AC was working great. It was very peaceful and quiet place to stay. The hosts are very lovely and always ready to help. I could even borrow their bike 🚲 to move around the area, since it’s a bit distant from the main attractions. Walking distance from the airport 👍 7/11 and big shopping mall (central chiangmai airport) close by. You also get free snacks and drinks every day. Perfect for couples travelling on a budget or solo travellers. Great for long term stay as well.
