Located close enough to the city to get everywhere kinda fast but still in a more quiet area of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even though their English is VERY limited). The rooms are clean and you’ll definitely have enough space (and the drinks in the lobby are cheaper than at the nearest 7-Eleven). Stayed here for the second time now and they are still great.

The rooms are lovely and well designed with a big comfortable bed and desk to work at. The shower was also great with hot water too. I loved the lighting, the balcony/terrace and the areas to hang out outside the room. The wifi worked well and the a/c was a very welcome addition (as the days have been so hot in Chiang Mai in November!). I liked the shared kitchen too for hanging out with other guests. We could get water from the filter and there are always bottles of water in the fridge to drink which was super convenient. We could also use the bicycles for free which was a bonus! Pak-Boong is a wonderful host along with her mother - both are up to help you and go the extra mile, bringing many stories and laughs whenever we hung out :) will miss you guys and come back to stay again!

The room is spacious, clean and the location is amazing. Very close to the old city and many nice restaurants.

The hotel location is perfect, all sightseeing spots in the old city can easily be reached on foot; tuk tuks are also available anytime. There's a 7/11 convenience store in the very same building, it's open 24/7 and offers a super broad range of goods, including hot food (also 24/7!).

Lovely warm welcome, thoughtful, caring hosts, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to help me with my requests. Situated down a quiet peaceful side street. Easy going, calm environment and atmosphere. Spotlessly clean throughout. Air con and super efficient fan. I especially loved the tranquil 2nd floor garden space adjacent to my room.. thoughtfully and beautifully done. Accommodation is spacious, comfortable, well equipped, cute kitchenette.. the natural light was a real treat, kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, basic utensils, water provided, desk/drawers settee, wardrobe/dresser, wash basket/plentiful hangers, outside hanging/drying space… really did come in handy. Close to supermarket, shops, night market opposite with lake and low seating in behind. 15 min to centre on foot, lovely stroll through quirky, interesting local shops/stalls. Excellent quality… and price. A real pleasure. I loved this place! I highly recommend a short or long stay.
