The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Vera who arranged me a pick up from another hotel at the south of the island and a tuk tuk to the ferry port when I left. Room assistants were very friendly, always with a smile, and they offer laundry service for a fee. Everything was clean and working a/c in the room is very much appreciated when it's so hot outside. Room was ok, budget room for 1 person, a bit dark but it's ok. Cleaning the room every day and in the evenings they would come to prepare your bed (mosquito nets and insecticide) which is really nice. The room has also a safe where you can leave your valuables without worrying. Top location, few minutes away walking to main points like the Old Fort, Freddy Mercury's house, Old Slave Market, etc.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, located in the middle of centrum, aircondition in the room we slept in. We got upgraded from a normal double room to deluxe family room, really recommend that size :)

We arrived late and Emmanual (receptionist) was very welcoming and helpful in getting some food delivered. The AC / Fan was exceptional during the heat of Feb. Powerful shower was also welcomed

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions and the public beach. The rooms were spacious and very clean, good air-condition. The breakfast was solid containing fruit, omelette, fried bread and/or pancake and coffee/tea. The staff were friendly and relaxed. We really enjoyed staying there, no luxury, but a great option for a short stay.
