greenZ Apartments are two, new, fully furnished, self-catering apartment buildings, located 70 meters from the beach, 30 meters away from each other, in the heart of Jambiani. Popular with young people looking for affordable luxury, these apartments, encompass a dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and terraces. All apartments are fitted with ceiling fans, A/C units, safe boxes, and have hot water. We offer two types of rooms: Studio Apartment (24m2) - with pool Deluxe Double Room (40m2) - with pool A striking feature of Deluxe Double Rooms is its swimming pool with jacuzzi located in front of the 4 apartments, under 3 beautiful coconut palm trees providing shade and giving the feeling of pure delight and tranquillity. Both apartment buildings have large roof top terraces with barraza “sofa” and comfy pillows, half of which is shaded by a tent that takes on the feel of a dhow sail. Here we provide sunbeds for you to laze around in the day and stargaze at night. From this same spot, you can take in the dawn of a new day and watch the sun setting behind the swaying palms.
