Newly remodeled two-story villa, perfect for short term and also available for LONG TERM rent, just contact us. Everything is brand new, including furniture and ll electric appliances. The yard has a huge old tree and a patio beneath, perfect for yoga or just hanging out. Yes, the tree has a swing! The house has two huge balconies, on both floors of it. We made it full of comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy. We got a swing bed there also! Living room has a big screen TV with Netflix and everything else. The kitchen is fully equipped, and also has an oven, and a professional juice mixer.

Kigamboni is just 30 minutes from central Dar, but it's another world! we have the best of Zanzibar here, which is beaches with pristine waters, not seen anywhere else on the northern side of Dar. Kayaking, kitesurfing, diving and just perfect beach fun - you will find it here. The villa is located in the best gated community of Kigamboni, the South Beach Residence. Most neigbors dont even close the doors because it's super safe here, no incidents ever occur. Our beach is just 5 minutes walk away, and you can walk with literally bare feet to the ocean. In walking availibility there is also the famouse Islamic beach where you will find a restaurants and great scenery. THE AREA IS VERY SAFE!
