Nice staff; helped us to get the free bikes as well to pick it up when one tire has been flat. The breakfast was very good and she made it every morning for us.There are 4 rooms in the house. So it makes it private. The small garden is beautiful and the pool is very cleaned. By bike you need only 4 minutes to the wonderful beach. To walk around in the evening you should not be afraid of dogs. They come out of her yard and bark on you.

Breakfast was always cooked fresh and at a time we had requested it. Made and served by Hoi who was smiling and happy and went above and beyond with her service. We also requested taxis into the town and they always arrived on time, and much cheaper than others. The swimming pool was in constant use by the family, and we rode the bicycles into town , they arranged children’s seats on those too.

This place was gorgeous! Had some really lovely people who hosted us and made us breakfast every day, as well as providing bikes. The rooms are delightful, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. In a beautiful location close to the beach - nice and quiet. I highly recommend for travellers looking for a nice beach-side stay in Vietnam.

Great breakfast, apartment, pool was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. It’s only a short 10 min grab ride to the old town and a 10 minute walk to beach and local restaurants.

The property was exactly as it was pictured, the host who greeted us when we first arrived was so welcoming and very accomodating, she would be there to take our breakfast orders for the next morning everyday and offered us modes of transport and pointed us in the direction of activities we wanted to participate in. The Rooms were very spacious and clean and had the option to be cleaned everyday, the bathrooms were lovely with good water pressure. Although there were more rooms downstairs, we had the whole downstairs area to ourselves including the pool and had access to the fridges both in the rooms and the bar area.

Anh and her sister were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. There was a mini mart within about 300m away. Good restaurant at the end of the street and a close walk to a number of other restaurants, cafes, massage places. And the beach. They even offered bikes to ride into Hoi An old town which was a lovely ride approximately 5km each way.

Villa was nice. It was tucked away on a backstreet. Pretty far from Hoi An, so Grab is needed.
