The hosts were great. The place is nice and clean, recently renovated. The room was spacious and there is a very nice common kitchen (well equipped) and living room with a piano and guitar. Nice beach and small food market nearby, a couple of free bicycles to explore the area. They have a great Vietnamese or yogurt+fruit breaksfast (ask). The front facing rooms are full of light, but given the location, if you are new to SE Asia city noise levels, don't forget your earplugs.
