The apartment is not affected by load shedding as we have alternative power source with solar and inverter power. 9a @Crassula Way is a beautiful private apartment that offers the perfect quiet getaway to rest, relax and allow the tranquility of the environment to rejuvenate you. Our guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which includes a lovely courtyard, and safe and secure parking. The apartment has awesome entertainment that includes a 40' Smart TV, DSTV Premium, Showmax, Netflix and super-fast Wi-Fi. The apartment is not affected by load shedding as it has solar and inverter power. Both bedrooms have plenty closet space, and boasts their own upmarket en-suites, each with a huge shower which is fitted with a multi spray goose neck shower console, designed to spoil our guests' every shower. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory form mattress and memory gel pillows that allow you to sink your head into Dreamland… For the workaholic, each bedroom has a workstation with the most comfortable leather chair to make your work a little more bearable. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances necessary for your convenience, like the glass top hob with a convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combo, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. Please note the 2nd bedroom and bathroom are closed off for single guest bookings.

Pinelands was aptly named the first "Garden City" in South Africa as a result of its unique design that combines the greatest number of trees and creative light industry as part of a suburb. This Garden City is the most centrally located suburb with access to many main attractions within a 15 km radius, like Kirstenbosch, Cape Town CBD, Clifton Beach, Cape Town International Airport, Bloubergstrand and of course, Table Mountain. This safe and extremely friendly neighbourhood boasts a variety of popular restaurants and convenience stores. The Head Office of Old Mutual is also located nearby, so 9a @Crassula Way is very convenient for OM visitors. We are also just 3 km, 5 km and 8 km away from the world-famous hospitals, Vincent Pallotti, Groote Schuur and the Children’s Red Cross, respectively. The quiet surrounding streets and broad walkways are lined with beautiful trees. This leafy suburb has many parks, equipped with kiddies’ playgrounds.
