This private flatlet is attached to the back of our house and has one bedroom with a double bed, an-en suite shower/toilet bathroom. A lounge area with a flat screen satellite television, a kitchenette with induction cooker plate, microwave oven and all requirements for self catering. It has a private entrance operated by remote control. Free fast fibre optic wi-fi is available. WE HAVE A 5kW INVERTER AND BATTERY WITH 12 SOLAR PANELS WHICH IS SUFFICIENT TO SUPPLY POWER DURING LOAD SHEDDING TO THE COTTAGE.
Married and teaching conversational English to foreign mums. Have travelled extensively. Lived in the Middle East for 7 years. Enjoy reading spiritual books. Enjoy all types of music and dance. Enjoy walking, theatre, and socialising with friends.
The neighbourhood is a quiet leafy upmarket suburb and the cottage is within walking distance of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds, Claremont CBD, the Oval cricket ground, as well as numerous schools. Kingsbury and Claremont hospitals are less than 10 minutes drive away. 5 Golf courses, the V & A Waterfront, and Table Mountain are 20 minutes by car. The 5 star Vineyard Hotel is also a 10 minute walk away. Numerous restaurants are nearby.
