The host Torsten was welcoming. He welcomed us as if he knew us. The accommodation was clean neat, it was really in-between home & another home. It was comforting that the hosts were nearby & the property is well secured with electric fence. There was welcoming fruit, sweets & a drink. He showed us around & how to operate other things, lights, etc

Unit in 24 hour access controlled security complex with electric fencing.Parking for 1 vehicle.Private entrance. Oldest church and school in the old Transvaal can be visited in the center of town. Gustav Klingbiel nature reserve and museum featuring replicas of the famous heads on the outskirts of town. Numerous restaurants and shopping centers available.Lydenburg is a serene historical little town and the gateway to the Kruger National Park and the ideal stop over to numerous other sights seeings in the Lowveld like Sabie, Pilgrems Rest and Dullstroom in close proximity. The closest gate into the Kruger is only a 100km and all other towns a mere 50km from location.
