A private studio room in the beautiful area of Blouberg, where we have a vibrant beachfront, yet a peaceful neighbourhood. If you would like to head out and explore the town, we are about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach as well as the MiCity bus route. We are also a short drive away to nearby bars and restaurants. If you'd prefer to stay in, we have a smart TV with Netflix, reliable WIFI, and uninterrupted electricity. A kite surfers dream! Walking distance to the beach or drive where there’s lots of parking space to access kitesurfing, surfing or swimming beaches. This is a studio with two queen beds, table and chairs and a two seater sofa. Provided is a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster. There is an en suite bathroom with a large shower and secure parking next to the sliding door separate entrance. High speed fibre internet is included as well as a TV which has Netflix and uninterrupted solar electricity. USB charging points are located beside the beds.
I am Irish South African and my partner and daughter share the house together with Dexter the min pin dog and Mango, a ginger tabby cat. We are here to help you enjoy your trip to beautiful Blouberg and Cape Town and will try to help you with whatever you require. We hope you will enjoy our beautiful home and surrounds.
Blouberg Ext 1 is a very safe area, perched on a hill overlooking the Ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. There are steps which is walking distance to the beach. It’s also a short walk to Blouberg village. 2km to the south is Tableview with lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants and to the north is Eden on the Bay which offers lots of restaurants and a safe surfing and swimming beach. There are lots of shopping centres nearby and Table Bay Mall is a short drive away. There’s also an excellent bus service and My Citi bus stops are close by.
