Established in October 2021, Bristo Investments was founded to feed our passion of buying and renovating properties in order to create unforgettable holiday accommodation for our guests . We find underutilised properties throughout the Cape West Coast and morph them into comfortable, relaxed and affordable retreats. By booking with us guests will experience a relaxing atmosphere, convenient access to local attractions, shopping centers and beaches. Madriko 23 is a spacious vacation apartment, located a 3 minute walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has 2 x three-quarter beds and the lounge has a double futon bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bath and shower. We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay. 1. Strictly no parties or events allowed. 2. Smoking permitted on the balcony only; ashtrays are located under the kitchen sink. Please keep them clean. 3. No pets allowed. 4. Glass-door access from the Madriko parking lot to Bree Street is restricted between 18h00 and 07h00 the next morning for your safety – to enter and exit the property, please use the grey button on your remote to open the motor gate (vehicle access gate) behind the property. 5. No unregistered guests allowed. 6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 7. Please respect the noise curfew and neighbours – no loud noise after 10pm (municipality and body corporate laws). 8. Please conserve water – The Western Cape is a water-scarce province and every drop counts. 9. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 10. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of R500.00. 11. Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. 12. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 13. Please use the dishwasher to wash your dishes – this assists to keep everything hygienic. 14. Garbage may be placed in the allocated bins behind the building – next to motorised car gate, you’ll be able to unlock the timber door to the bin room with the house keys provided. 15. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 16. Black towels are provided in the bathroom for the use of makeup removal – stained items to be charged.
