Welcome to a modern stylish home in the prestigious Pezula Golf Estate on the Garden Route; built in 2021 with immaculate finishes and uninterrupted sea views. This 3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom self-catering accommodation sleeps 6 and was designed and built for entertainment with all the living space upstairs to maximise the beautiful views. Downstairs are two sea facing bedrooms. One with shower, double vanity, and toilet. The other with bath, shower, double vanity, and toilet. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, smart TVs and doors leading to a patio and garden. Upstairs you have • A Gourmet kitchen and fully loaded scullery. • Dining area that sits 8 • Lounge with fireplace. • Braai facilities. • Integrated Sound System. • Heated Salt Pool & Patio.
